Client Charter

We, at PuLaMI with full sincerity and commitment, promise and committed to provide efficient, professional, ethical and friendly services to our customers as follows:

  • To provide and to ensure that all students (100%) get placements to undergo teaching practice /internship/supervised fieldwork and industrial training.
  • To collect and to analyse data on teaching practice/internship/supervised fieldwork and industrial training three (3) months before the implementation of the mentioned programs.
  • To ensure that the school received the application letter of placement of the students to undergo teaching practice /internship/supervised fieldwork and industrial training thirty (30) days before the program starts.
  • To provide friendly, efficient and effective counter service within fifteen (15) minutes to the customers who come for matters pertaining to change of school, collecting supervision book, and other related matters with teacher training.
  • To ensure that all suggestions/complaints/feedback from customers will be taken action within seven (7) days from the date of suggestions/complaints/feedback received.
  • To ensure that all applications of allowance claim of mentors are completely processed within fourteen (14) working days.
